About Me
I am a senior family law paralegal with over 15 years experience. I have extensive training, knowledge, and experience in both Supreme Court and Provincial Court. I can also assist with dispute resolution outside of the court room. I truly enjoy helping people with empathy and kindness while guiding them through what can be a very challenging and emotional period in their life. I believe legal help should be both attainable and affordable to all who needs it. I offer my services at a low hourly rate and flat rate options are available. Contact me to discuss.

· Negotiating with opposing parties on simple matters

· Guiding clients though the legal process, both provincial and supreme
· Assisting with how to read and interpret the applicable legislation that applies to a case
· Drafting basic separation agreements
· Coaching clients to prepare them for attending their own court matters and mediation
· Providing clients with resources to assist them in handling their matter
· Organizational assistance by helping clients to gather appropriate documentation to support their case
· Proof reading documents prepared by the client and assisting with drafting and editing, as necessary
· Preparing and setting expectations for clients by explaining a range of possible outcomes to each individual case and situation
